Shirley (Sam) Polcyn passed away November 14, 2016. She is survived by her husband Russ, parents Henry and Carolyn, siblings Shannon and Tracy, brother-in-law Bob, and her beloved nephew and niece Wil and Lyla. Sam lived with passion and purpose in everything she did. She helped to improve the world through her career in clinical research and as co-author of several research publications. Those that knew her personally know that Sam was an inspiration to everyone she met and a continual source of strength and love. We will miss her dearly.
In lieu of flowers donations in Sam's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Memorial gathering will be held on Saturday November 19, 2016 from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM.
