Vince was the beloved husband of the late Virginia A. (nee Valli) DiRaimondo; loving father of Paul (Sue), Michael (Lynn), and Mary (the late Bill) Case; devoted grandfather of Jacklyn (Scott) Voelkl, Angela (Eric) McMahon, Amy (Tim) Rhame, Lisa (Ian) Mulligan, John (Samantha) DiRaimondo, Anna (Sam) Arcipowski, Joseph (Ashley) Case, and Michelle Case; dearest Paw-Paw of Lucy, Andrew, Jackson, Brock, Bryce, Sydney, Gianna, Cora, Colin, Danny, Avery, Tony, Vinnie, Colton, and the late Jaden; dear uncle, great-uncle, cousin, and a friend to all. Vince served our country in the United States Army during World War II and was among the greatest generation.
The family wishes to thank the good people, caregivers, and friends who assisted Vince in his everyday life.
Visitation will be Monday, May 5 from 8-10am at Saint Ambrose Catholic Church, 5130 Wilson at Marconi. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am. Rite of Committal with Full Military Honors to follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Vince's memory to the Sick and Elderly Program of The Hill would be greatly appreciated by his family.
