Passed away peacefully on January 13, 2011, with family at his side. Survived by Mary, his Loving Wife of 64 years; Children, Colleen (Keith) Wietecki, Tom (Natalie), Larry (Mary), Greg (Kathy), Joe (Micki), Dan (Cathy), Mike (Sue), Mark & Nancy (Tim Warner). Beloved brother to Sue; Grandfather to 25 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren. Jim was very proud of his 30 year career as an educator and principal in the St. Paul schools, where he had such a positive influence on so many people. He will be fondly remembered for his love and devotion to family, and for his positive outlook on life. Visitation, Sunday, January 16, 2011 from 5 to 8pm at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Avenue, St. Paul. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, January 17, 2011 at 10:30am, at Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1725 Kennard Street, Maplewood, Visitation half-hour prior to Mass. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, N. St. Paul. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to The American Heart Association or Alzheimer's Association .
