Preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Robert Plagens. Survived by her 5 children: Richard (Dee), Mark (Kathy), Stephan (Nancy), Susan (Bob) Soden, John; 11 grandchildren: Elizabeth, Daniel, Genevieve, Jessica, Rebecca, Rob, Martha, Stephanie, Sarah, Emily and Rosemary; 2 great grandsons. She lived her entire life in joyful service to the Lord. Visitation Friday, 7-9pm at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave., St. Paul. Memorial Service Saturday, 11am, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 674 Johnson Pkwy, with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to: American Bible Society, The Lutheran Hour, The Philippine Lutheran Church, or donor's choice.
