 💗My Dad💗



     I have known My Dad My whole Life.  My Dad had a hard childhood growing up and the way parents delt with kids back then.  Getting whipped by belt was the answer for discipline.  I grew up on tough love, not the belt.  My Dad wasn't sure about having another kid in his 2nd marriage but they ended up having me.  I am so grateful for my parents and being here.  My parents divorced but I always knew that you only have 1 Mom and 1 Dad, I cared for and about them the same.  I went with my Dad because I knew he was the best influence for me. His priorities for me were School, Scouts and Hockey. He was the Den Leader, Pack Leader, Scout Master and Hockey Coach.  We did everything together and sometimes he had to drag me but it was always fun and educating.  The day I made Eagle Scout was the day my Dad did too.  We did everything together and he learned by teaching me and also learning from me. We/I have so many memories together.  Growing up I learned everything about carpentry and electricity. I can almost fix anything and if I didn't know, I could call him.
     My Sister Jennifer said he took 2 kids to be a Great Father and 3 Marriages to be a great husband.  My Dad was also an Awesome Grandfather.  My kids would always enjoy spending a weekend with him and making breakfast at my house. They always enjoyed the Rendezvous every year since they were born and will continue to be a tradition.
     Growing up I've heard every story over and over and over...and I never interrupted, I would listen everytime.  My Dad always talked about Honor and Integrity, and what it meant to be honest.
     My Dad was a survivor and fighter on every level.
     I've lost both my parents in the last 3 months and it's the hardest thing to deal with in a short amount of time.  I was there for both of them, telling them "I Love You and I Will See You Again".  I was there for both of them, holding hands, caressing their head and kissing.  And watching them assend🙏.

  I am going to miss hearing my Dad's voice and his stories, even though they still play in my head everyday.  I am going to miss being able to hug my Dad and tell him I Love him.  I talk to him everyday and say those things and listen everyday.  He is always and forever here for us.  My Dad lives through me.

Kathy and family, please accept our condolences for our loss. We had the pleasure of meeting Patrick a number of times over the years at various 3M events. He always greeted us with a big smile, handshake and hug. The two of you enjoyed life together along with the various Rendezvous that you attended and the trips to Ireland. He has left his family and friends much too soon.

Kathy and family , I am very saddened to hear of Patrick's passing.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you . I had only met Patrick a few times at 3M functions , but he was just like you , a very nice person.
