Rick was born in St. Paul, MN on April 29, 1952 to Eugene and Eleanor (Letourneau) Palmer. He was a lifetime member of the Iron Workers Local Union #512.
He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene "Geno"; brother, Patrick; and sister-in-law Deb Palmer.
Rick is survived by his mother, Eleanor "Ellie"; brothers, Terry (Dawn Potts) Palmer and John Palmer; sisters, Joy (Dave Schotl) Palmer and Denise (Kevin) Meredyk; adopted siblings, Trish (Brad) Buchmann and Robert "Bob" (Kim Corbett) Palmer; and many extended family and friends.
