I was so incredibly saddened to hear the news about Torey. My heart truly goes out to you all right now.

As you might know, I'm good friends with Nance, and through her, I had the pleasure of meeting Torey a few times. Even in those brief encounters, he left such a wonderful impression on me. He always seemed to carry such a warm and gentle spirit, and it was clear to anyone who met him that he was a truly kind soul.

It's just heartbreaking to think of what you must be going through. Please know that I'm sending all my love and deepest condolences to your entire family during this incredibly difficult time. There are no right words for a loss like this, but I hope you can find some comfort in the cherished memories you have of him.

Torey is a beautiful soul. We met at a pivotal point in both of our lives; him fresh off a break up and me fresh off a divorce. He was one of my very best friends I could talk about all things with regarding being broken hearted, bitter and angry with life in general. We were two very kindred spirits and we always had a great time when we hung out. He was a kind and very understanding person and I miss him dearly. I literally was laughing at something I saw and instantly went to text him the other day and that’s when it really hit me that he’s not here.  I know he’s in a better place and is likely laughing at us all right now. We will all be seeing you again in the future. Save me a spot!

I love you forever. This is a Thanksgiving night that plays in my head like it was yesterday. 2017 and we had a BLAST together me and you. I miss you, Visit me often. ❤️
