Our hearts are breaking with all of you over Bill’s passing. LouAnn, Billy & Nicky, we wish we could hug you and offer true comfort right now, but these unusual times don’t allow for past traditions.  We look forward to offering all of you a real hug of comfort and please know that you & your families are in our thoughts and prayers.

I’ve started writing something a thousand times and it just never seems to be enough. My heart is broken to think that Bill is no longer here.                                                                                                                  Over 30 years ago I was truly blessed to connect with an amazing group of people that would become my family and Bill immediately found a place in my heart!                                                                         Watching him with you Lu let us all see what it was like to truly be loved, the way he always looked at you was pure and unconditional. When he spoke about you, even if it was just mentioning your name, his eyes would just shine.                                                                                                           The love he had for you Billy and Nicky goes without saying, you completed him. He loved you both so much and was so incredibly proud of you. You 2 are the best of him!                                           Becoming a grandparent is a life changing thing and I was lucky to share stories with him. More than once when we would talk about our grandkids his eyes would tear up a little. That’s how deep his love was.                                                                                                                         That was the thing about Bill, you could get into deep conversations, you could just shoot the bull, you could gossip, you could rant and rave. You could just be you.                                                                                                                                           I’ll miss you so much Bill. Dear LouAnn,

I am so sorry to hear about your husband's passing.  

When you and I talked about him at work, you had so many good things to say about him.  It is clear to me how much you loved him.

This is very painful for you and your children.   It is so hard to lose someone so special and important.    My heart is pained.
