Minnie Augusta Hayman

It is with a sad heart that we announce the passing on August 3, 2026 at Seaview Manor in Glace Bay of Minnie Augusta Hayman. Born on June 8, 1932 to the late George and Hannah Vardy. Minnie was a longtime resident of Louisbourg and the wife of Henry Hayman. She was a private person who loved the ocean and her home in Louisbourg.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Henry, her sibling Sam, Stan, Abe, Florence and a brother in infancy. She is survived by her many nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service has taken place at the Anglican Cemetery in Louisbourg where she will be laid to rest alongside her husband.
