Born to the late Catherine Paul in Boston on March 11, 1958, Roger spent most of his early years and a good portion of his adult years living and working in the States. A number of years ago, Roger moved back to Eskasoni to be closer to family.
He is survived by a number of cousins, the Michaud family in Maine and close friend Frank J Stevens. He was predeceased by his mother Catherine Paul Francis, grandparents Stephen P and Annie Claire Francis as well as extended family Norman, Angus, Jonas, Ryan, Joe Allan, Alex, Daniel, Roderick, Rose, Caroline, Josephine and Marion.
A visitation will take place at the Gabriel Centre in Eskasoni starting at 7pm on Tuesday, July 14 and continuing until the Mass on Thursday, July 16 at 10am at Holy Family Church.
