Carmen Rivera

RIVERA, Carmen, 81, of Tampa passed away May 15, 2019. Survivors include her loving husband of 62 years, Angelo; sons, Angelo Rivera and wife Pamela, Michael Rivera and wife Laura; sister, Lola Santiago; grandchildren, Angelo Rivera and wife Lindsey, Andra Hedden and husband Terry, Max Rivera, and Madison Rivera and their mother Maureen Rivera; great grandchildren, Trey and Jackson Hedden; and many extended family members and dear friends. She was born on May 11, 1938 in Puerto Rico. After many years in New York, Carmen and Angelo moved to the Tampa Bay area 19 years ago. Family will receive friends from 1pm to 3pm on Sunday, May 19th at the Blount & Curry, Oldsmar/West Hillsborough Chapel, 6802 Silvermill Drive, Tampa. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospitals in her memory.
