

Carmen, known to many as Rosin, was passionate about her family and Catholic faith. She always had a kind smile and offered loving advise that touched many hearts. She adored her husband Jaime Torres Marrero who predeceased her in 2014. They were married in Morovis, Puerto Rico and together they had two loving sons James Arnaldo Torres and Dr. Carlos Manuel Torres and raised them in the Bronx, New York City. In 1983, they relocated to Tampa, Florida and have made it their home ever since. They attended Incarnation Catholic Church.
Rosin was not only predeceased by the love of her life, Jaime, in 2014, she also was predeceased by her father, Manuel Negron; mother Felicita Negron; brothers Jorge Arnaldo Negron and Dennis Manuel Negron; and two granddaughters: Elizabeth Rosa Torres (deceased 2005) and Jessica Marie Torres (deceased 2015).
Rosin is survived by her sons and multiple grandchildren: James Arnaldo Torres, Jr. (Huntsville, AL), David Raymond Torres, RN (Felton, Delaware), Dr. Carlos Manuel Torres, Jr. (San Diego, CA), Richard Anthony Torres (San Jose, CA), Crystal Marie Torres, RN (Tampa, FL), Miguel Angel Torres (Tampa, FL); and Great Grand Children: James William Torres, Carson Anthony Torres, Christian Miles Torres, Everly Rosa Torres, and Yasmia Gonzalez.
Rosin is also survived by many loving cousins.

A visitation for Carmen will be held Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33614. A funeral service will occur Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM, 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33614. A graveside service will occur Friday, October 15, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Sunset Memory Gardens, 11005 N US 301, Thonotosassa, FL 33592.
