

Curley Xavier Anthony Duncan, Born March 5, 1951 to the late Girvan and Wellie Duncan, in Kingston Jamaica, West Indies.Curlry religion of choice is Catholic.Curley became a permanent resident of the Uniter States on July 15, 1960.He joined the Armed forces of the United States ( Marine Corp) ranking Private E-1 and was honorably discharged September 11th 1970.Curlry married Brenda Gilliam on October 25, 1969. He is the father to five biological children; Shannon, Curley Jr., Kareem, Xavier, and Anthony; and non-biological Raheem and Keenan.Curley lived his life to the fullest up until the day the Lord called him home.He earned his living as a truck driver for more than 20 years working for various companies, four of those 20 years he partnered with his son Curley Duncan Jr. and at the time of his demise he was employed at Cypress Trucking Company.Curley(Daddy) was a very particular person, whatever he did he had it perfect. From the way he ironed his clothing, the way he folded his laundry, to the way he made up his bed, to the way he kept his room and his car.There was never an odd job too big or too small for Curley, he could fix anything whether it was repairing hardware inside and outside the house, installing new hardware, fixing cars, painting, etc. He was definitely a Jack of all Trades. Whenever tou called upon him he was always willing to help.Curley was very spontaneous, he always came up with ways to entertain himself. One of Curley's favorite pass times was going to the Casino, he loved to play poker. Curley loved to tell jokes and make you laugh. He always had stories to tell whether it was growing up in New York or his life on the road as a truck driver. He loved fishing and going to car shows. We have truly lost a great father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.We love you Curley Xavier Anthony Duncan.He leaves to cherish his fond memories his daughter, Shannon Duncan; Sons; Curley Duncan Jr. (Nina), Kareem Woodley (Sabrina), Xavier, and Anthony Williams, like sons, Raheem and Keenan; his brother Gurvan Duncan, ten grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, nieces , Keesha, Kathleen, and Anna; nephew, Gurvan Duncan; and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends.
