CORBITT, Doris Orene Florence, 85, passed away on July 5, 2015. Doris was born in Warrior, AL on October 25, 1929 and grew up in Tennessee. Doris earned a B.S. Degree in Dietetics from Maryville College in Tennessee and performed her dietetic internship at Duke University. She also had a successful real estate career that began in 1984. She is survived by her sons Wallace R. Cornett Jr. (Cathy), Kris J. Cornett (Peggy), and Brett T. Cornett Sr. (Sherri); grandchildren Brett Jr., Brian, Kortney, and Adam; great grandson Braden as well as other family and friends. A visitation will take place on Wednesday, July 8 from 5 to 7PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home. Funeral services will then take place at 10AM on Thursday, July 9 at the funeral home with interment to follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
