Trafficante, Elsie 102, of Tampa, FL, passed away Sept. 4, 2021 to reunite with Sam, her departed, beloved husband. Elsie, aka Nana, Aunt Elsie and Mrs. T, devoted herself to her family and friends that were family. She was known for cooking enough to feed an army on Sundays, holidays, and beach weekends and loved crocheting and beadwork. Survivors include her daughter, Lucille Albano (Frank); grandchildren, Stephanie Hovsepian (Ed) and Peter Albano (Roxann); and many nieces, nephews, and their families. The family is grateful to Marisela, Meredith, and the entire staff of Alimar Assisted Living for their loving care.
Services will take place Friday, September 17, at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 7209 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., Tampa, FL 33614, visiting hours are from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., service at 12 p.m., with entombment at L’Unione Italiana to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Elsie’s memory may be made to Alimar Assisted Living, Tampa, FL; St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital; or a charity of your choice.
