

Jack Raymond Hiatt, 77 of Tampa, Florida passed away Sunday February 15, 2015. He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Cantrell, sister Naomi Dudley (Don), brother William “Bill” Hiatt (Becky), daughters Nancy Farrington (T.C.), Kellie Hiatt Lowrance, grandson Jared-Michael Hiatt, step daughters Lori O’Keefe (Jerry), Kelly Martin (Quinn) and Shelly Seger (Troy), grandchildren London Fajkus, Jeremy Martin, Derek O’Keefe, Casey Martin, Brooke Seger, Joey Martin, Mike Seger and Sam O’Keefe, 7 great grand children , nieces and nephews and many friends. Jack proudly served in the United States Navy from 1955-1959. He began a truck driving career which he retired from Yellow Freight. He was the envy of his friends and family, traveling across the country in their RV and spending time in Waco, Texas and in Tampa, Florida. Jack was a New York Yankees fan, avid golfer and loved the cartoon Tazmanian Devil. He was a loving father, brother and husband, cherishing all of his children and grandchildren, proud of each and everyone. He was dedicated to his religion and living his life to the fullest. He was commonly heard saying “Life is good.” Friends and family are invited to a celebration of life service at Happy Traveler RV Park, 9401 E. Fowler Ave, Thonotosassa, FL 33592 on Thursday, February 19, 2015 from 6-8pm. In lieu of flowers please donate in Jack’s name to American Lung Association at www.lung.org.
