We shared so many good times together as kids, though for me i really couldn't understand all those girls who thought you were so handsome.  it was also hard to know which of us would be the latest for school. Throughout my life you have always found a way to keep in touch. Though sad to lose you, I now you are now at peace.  Thank you, Katie, for the care you gave Jack. My children have the fondest memories of both of you. Maureen

From elementary school through high school and beyond we have so many great memories of baseball, hockey and softball with Jackie who always had that smooth "leftie" thing going. This is a class picture of Jack back then. Easy going, always popular, he will be remembered fondly by all his friends from Dedham High School '62. May he play ball on the greenest of fields where there are no bad bounces and every day is perfect for a ball game.

Played baseball with Jack from little league through high school and legion; he was always a great teammate and competitor but also an easy-going guy with a welcome smile.  He will be missed.

I am so saddened by the loss of my dear cousin and friend, Jack. I enjoyed our conversations, his caring concern for family and  his positive outlook on life. I am deeply grateful to Katie for her love and devotion to Jack. He will be missed.

Growing up with Jackie, having tremendous fun together, playing sports and sharing adventures and misadventures together, have not only provided me with extremely fond memories that have sharpened but also deeply intensified with news of his passing.  Sad, sad news of Jackie's passing since  he provided me with many of the most pleasant and happy days and most meaningful memories of my life. Although I knew he was not well, his passing still came with a suddenness and stunning shock.
We all live in hope that, although we lose those we love to death, it is only temporary and that we will all meet again.
We grieve in hope, not anguish, that we will all meet departed family and friends again in far better place that is without illness and unhappiness and is forever.
Jack, thanks for all the wonderful days we shared and all the great memories shared with you, your mother and father and Michael.
Wonderful people who graced my life and enriched it in so many ways. 
My bet is that Anne and John met you at the "Golden Gate" and John had the accordion going strong and his foot tapping out time to welcome you home.
