Jose Gonzalez

He was born in Guantanamo,Cuba 01/21/33. He was preceded in death by his parents Emiliano and Luisa Gonzalez, 2 brothers Piccolo and Florencio Gonzalez and a sister Maria Alonso. He is survived by his wife of 62 years,Dolores Gonzalez, Children, Jose(Angela) Gonzalez, Maria(Russell) Cain, and Monica(Paul) Oberdorfer. Grandchildren, Anna-Grace and Erin Gonzalez, Austin and Ashley Cain, Annika and Sydney Oberdorfer, and his loving sister, Luisa (Cucha) Miret.

He was loved by many family members and friends and will be missed immensely.

A visitation for Jose will be held Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33614. A eulogies will occur Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A prayer service will occur Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM, 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33614. A committal service will occur Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park, 4202 E LAKE AVE, TAMPA, FL 33610.
