Uncle Joe,
Always sweet happy and smiling. I remember Mom & Dad taking us to your house as kids. I always knew you were going to grab my ears and say "those ears, those ears",  I can still here your voice. I remember all the aquariums you  & Jerry had set up. I was a little kid but loved coming to your house. Of coarse in normal "Rossiter" style. You had plenty of snacks and of course cheese. I'm glad Rachael talked to you  Thankgiving before last. You told her a lot of the history of our family & she surely enjoyed it. I love you and know you're in a beautiful place, where one day we will be together again.

My Grandpa ... This is not the end but the beginning of your beautiful New life in Heaven. I have the greatest peace of all knowing that your doing all the things you love and all the things you couldn't do anymore here on earth. I love you and I could write forever..I know where you are its beautiful and I can only imagine the beautiful things you will be called to do on heaven as you did here on Earth !! LOVE ALWAYS YOUR GRANDAUGHTER!! 

Dad. I love you and miss you. I know the last year has been very tough on you but now you are in heaven. Going to Mass and out to cracker barrel every Saturday night was one of the highlights of your week.
Having your birthday at Rumfish. You loved eating in front of the sharks and fish. RIP. Love you always Jerry and Kathy
