Born in McBurg, TN, Judy always held a special place in her heart for her childhood home of Old Hickory, TN. In 1966, she moved with her family to Tampa, FL eventually settling in Valrico, where she resided until she passed.
A devoted wife, loving mother and loyal friend, Judy was the heart of her family. She shared 61 beautiful years of marriage with her husband Ron Ringstaff. Together, they built a life full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Judy was an avid tennis player during the 70’s and 80’s, and in a bowling league with Ron. She was a Mary Kay Lady in the 70s, was the service hostess at Dimmitt Cadillac in the 2000s and worked at Baby Boomerang for a short time afterwards. In addition, she was a Cub Scout leader and the Team Manager of several softball teams at Tampa Bay Little League and had her ladies group at Strawberry Ridge. Judy was a fierce animal lover, never saying no to whatever her family brought home.
She is survived by her husband Ron; her son Chuck Ringstaff; daughters Rhonda Hall and Tracey Ringstaff; her cherished grandson Garrett Peterson; bonus grandchildren Nicole Cox and Brittany (Adam) Chavez; and bonus great-grandchildren Taylin, Julian, Mya and Elias. She also leaves behind her beloved fur babies, Bandit and Buddy, who brought her so much joy.
Judy was a fighter until the very end, giving her family more time and love than they could have ever hoped for. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
