

Larry Maxwell Clinebell, 87, passed away peacefully on April 3, 2025 in Tampa Florida. Larry was born on April 3, 1938 in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, the son of the late George W Clinebell and Anna Grace Clinebell Smith. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by sister Jeanie Clinebell and brothers George W Clinebell and Kenneth W Clinebell.
Larry retired from the Air Force after 24 years of service as a Master Sergeant and also retired from Verizon after 20 years working in its vehicle maintenance department. Larry had a love for his family, sports, cars and the military. His family was his pride and joy, he treasured every moment spent with them.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Kinuko Clinebell; sons George (Yolanda) M. Clinebell and Kenneth (Tina) M. Clinebell of Tampa; sisters Carol Smith of Troutville, Sarah (Henry) Fogus, White Sulphur Springs; Una Humphries of Big Ridge, Virginia, Lou (Lanse) Mazey of Roanoke, Virginia, Becky (Dave) Folden of Lewisburg, West Virginia, brother Lannie Clinebell of White Sulphur Springs; granddaughters Ashley Nicole Clinebell, Stephanie Fioretti and grandson Christopher Clinebell; and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Larry will be held Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Blount and Curry Funeral Home Oldsmar West Hillsborough Chapel, 6802 Silvermill Drive, Tampa FL 33635.
