Margaret M. Maher

Margaret “Peggy” Maher (née Daly), age 96 passed away peacefully Monday night, August 20, 2018, at home. She is survived by four children, William of Crystal River, FL, Maureen (Nancy) of Parrish, FL, Paul(Kathryn) of Buffalo, NY, and Nancy Hunter (John) of Syracuse, NY; four grandchildren, Katelin, Jessica, Julia and Jason; one great grandson, Caden; three sisters: Helen Shaughness, Cathleen Foody, Patricia Quinn, one brother, John Daly, as well as many nieces and nephews. Originally from Flushing, NY, Peggy and her late husband, Richard, raised their family in Syracuse, NY before retiring to Florida in 1994.

Services will be held at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, Friday from 5-7 p.m., and the funeral mass will be celebrated at Most Holy Redeemer Church, 10110 N Central Avenue, Tampa, FL at 10 a.m. Saturday August 25th.
