CARMICHAEL, Mildred, 91, of Tampa, passed away on April 12, 2013. Mildred was a beloved wife, mother, sister, friend and an amazing nurse. She is survived by her husband, Paul Carmichael Sr., daughter Jeanne Carmichael Dent, and son Paul Carmichael Jr. A visitation will take place on Tuesday April 16, 2013 at 11AM at Gonzalez Funeral Home with funeral services beginning at 11:30AM.
