

Miriam Anne Benson Boldrick, 82, passed away October 6, 2023. Born in Atlanta, GA, she lived in Tampa since 1963. A nationally acclaimed equestrian in her youth, after attending Northside High School in Atlanta and St Mary’s Junior College in Raleigh, NC, she transferred to Emory University where she received her degree in psychology. After graduating and marrying John S Boldrick Jr, she worked as an unshakable Hillsborough County social worker. While raising her three daughters, Anne was active with Mitchell Elementary PTA and leading a Girl Scout troop. After 23 years of service to Hillsborough County, she retired and dedicated time to her family ancestral research, orchid raising, poll working, and caring for local wildlife. Anne is survived by her daughters, Kristan Boldrick, Stacy Boldrick, and Elizabeth Boldrick Roberts (Patrick), brother Henry Benson (Lesley), sister-in-law Tami Mickle (David), and grandchildren, Alex Williams, Abby Williams, Kate Roberts, and Madeleine Roberts. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday November 18, 2023 from 1:00PM - 3:00PM at the Blount & Curry Life Event Center 605 S. MacDill Ave. Tampa Florida.
