Nancy was a devoted wife to her husband, Michael, of 53 years and a loving mother to her son, Mike, and daughter, Laura. She warmly welcomed her daughter-in-law, Christi, into the family, and found her greatest joy in being “Nana” to Ana and Andrew, whom she adored beyond measure.
A dedicated Nurse Practitioner, Nancy spent her life caring for others with compassion, skill, and quiet strength. Her journey began with remarkable determination—she worked her way through college and paid her own way, a testament to her strength, resilience, and unwavering commitment to her goals.
Beyond her profession, Nancy was a woman of many talents and passions. She was an excellent piano player, an avid reader, and loved going to the movies and watching films. A spirited sports fan, she was a devoted supporter of the Florida Gators and the number one fan of her children and grandchildren, always cheering them on with pride and enthusiasm.
Nancy loved to travel and shop, and was known as a master negotiator when it came to finding a great deal. She was brilliant at Scrabble and crosswords and almost never lost a game of gin rummy, delighting in wordplay, puzzles, and friendly competition. She had a passion for fast cars and a gift for hosting, always welcoming family and friends with warmth and an abundance of delicious food. She also had a deep love for her pets—Ozzy, Carly, Moose, Parker, Zack, TJ, Mandy, and grand dog Sunny—who brought her constant companionship and joy.
A woman of deep Catholic faith, Nancy lived her life with grace, generosity, and humility. She was known for her beautiful soul—never complaining, always giving, and especially generous to those in need. Her kindness and wisdom touched countless lives, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion.
Nancy will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
