Mima it has been over 4 months and not one day goes by that I don't think about you. I still miss you more and more everyday. I couldn't go to sleep and I kept thinking of you.I really really miss you and I wish I could just see you and talk to you and hug you like before. It's very weird being at Abu's without you there, I don't like it. I always walk by expecting to see you. I don't think anyone understand how much you meant to me or the relationship we had or how much I miss you. I could go on and on and on and I just want you to know how much I love and miss you and how much you did for me. I can't wait to finally see you again in heaven, until then have fun without me! I love you so much.

Como te extraño, pero se que ya estas feliz y sin sufrimiento en el cielo. Siempre fuiste y vas ha ser la mujer mas fuerte que yo he conosido en mi vida.  Pero mas que fuerte, yo se que tu eres la mujer que siempre le enseño amor y cariño a todoelmundo sin pregunta o razon.  Me aquerdo de los dias en los veranos y por las tardes cuando caminabamos al King Bee hablando o contando chistes, y siempre me sonrio.  Son unas de mis memorias favoritas de pasar el tiempo contigo.
JP te manda besos y abrazos.  Siempre le cuento de ti, de la imprecion que dejaste en mi y en mi vida. Como quisiera que lo hubiera conosido Mima, pero se que ya lo has conosido, y que vas estar con Pipi en nuestra boda, bailando y gozando con la familia como siempre.

Dear Mima,

I was going to try and write this in Spanish for you but it didn't work out, sorry. I miss you so so much. You were like my second grandmother, not just my "great" grandmother. I remember when I was little and you would let me put makeup on you or let me eat the sugar when you were making cafe, or when you would order me just whipped cream from ststarbucks because I liked your cafe con leche better than theirs or when my stomach would hurt and you would make me eat malanga then rub my stomach with your little oils or when we would sit there all day long watching your novelas together. One of the things I miss most is just you being there when I get home from school, just being able to walk in the door and the first thing I do is say hi to you and sit and talk. I would do anything to be able to re-live those moments with you. Anything I ever needed you always gave me, no was never an answer. I miss you more and more each day. I know you're much happier and not suffering now. I know it is selfish of me but I wish I could keep you here with me to help me get through everything,I know you are spiritually there though. You don't even understand the impact you've made in my life, you are one of the strongest people I know. I will never forget you and I can't wait to tell my kids and grands all about you and how special you are to me. Tell Pipi I said hi and I miss and love him. Thank you for everything, I could not have asked for a better great grandmother. Te quiero Mima
