Evans, Patricia J., 87, beloved mother and grandmother, of Clearwater, passed away November 29, 2017. Born in Chicago Ill., Patricia moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1978. She loved being a homemaker and raising her two daughters. After her children were grown she worked for several years at the Hillsborough County Public Library. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Tampa and was very strong in her faith. She is survived by her loving children; daughters, Sandra (Frank) O’Hara and Kim (Chris) Saylor; grandchildren, Matthew (Shannon) Saylor, and Zachary Saylor along with many cherished nieces and nephews. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Earl J Evans and her sisters; Dolores Smith, Muriel Sloan, Phyllis Remo and Audrey Anderson. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated, 10:00 am, Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 509 N Florida Ave., Tampa with burial to follow at Florida National Cemetery.
