83, of Tampa, FL, passed away on April 16, 2021. He was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Altoona High School in 1956 and then Baldwin College in Berea, Ohio in 1960. He worked at Ohio Bell Telephone Company as a Division Manager and then became VP of Training for the Cigna Company. Besides his family, Bill was well known for his love of boating in both Lake Erie and in Nantucket. He was preceded in death by his parents, William V.Waite and Margaret Eisenberg. He is survived by his spouse of 45 years, Lynda McDermott and their daughter Carylyn Waite , as well as his older children, Scott Waite and Debbie Waite Buddie, and six grandchildren.
