

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Danny Joe Mikulencak, who passed away peacefully at the age of 82. He was born on February 20, 1944 in Taylor, Texas. He married the love of his life, Irene Huff Mikulencak on May 21st, 1966.
Danny was a man of great strength, quiet wisdom, and unwavering positivity. He was known for his warm smile, kind heart, quick wit, and steady presence he brought to everyone around him. No matter the circumstances, he faced life with grace, resilience, and an optimism that inspired his family and friends alike.
Above all else, Danny Mikulencak loved his family. He was a devoted father, proud grandfather and great-grandfather, and a caring brother whose guidance, humor, and love will remain in the hearts of those who knew him. He treasured time spent with family and friends, especially gatherings filled with laughter, stories, and good games of dominoes or cards.
He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, integrity, kindness, and love that will continue through the generations of family he cherished so deeply.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Mikulencak; parents, Arthur and Lillie Mae Mikulencak, in-laws Louis and Frances Huff.
Danny Joe Mikulencak will be greatly missed but forever remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing and loving him. He is survived by his children, Jo Ann and Casey Goetz, Sandra and Bill Hasten, Darrell Mikulencak, sister Pat Daffin, brother-in-law Mike Daffin, brother Charlie Mikulencak, and sister-in-law Glenda Huff. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Chase and Imogene Goetz, Calah Goetz, Landry Boscamp, Cade Boscamp and Gabby Quinn, Breanna Hasten and Blake Hasten. Three great grandsons; Alaric, Alistair, and Aldred Goetz, all of whom will carry his memory with love and gratitude.
Visitation will be Monday, June 1, 2026 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 PM at Providence Funeral Home, 807 Carlos Parker Blvd NW., Taylor, Texas 76574. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Providence Funeral Home, Taylor, Texas. Burial to follow at Taylor City Cemetery.
