Tracie Marie Ging

Tracie Marie Polasek Ging was born on August 19, 1939, in Taylor, Texas. She was called to return home by Jesus on April 25, 2026, at the age of 86. She was surrounded by her loving family. Tracie lived in Granger, Texas. She graduated from Granger High School. She married her best friend and the love of her life, Curtis Harold Ging, on October 11, 1959. He proceeded her in death on February 25, 2018.

Tracie will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. All her children, siblings, grandchildren, great grandchildren and family will dearly miss her. Tracie was best known as Momo to most.

Tracie was a housewife and mother for many years. She worked side by side with Curtis, farming but then became the food dietician at Bluebonnet Nursing Home in Granger, Texas for many years. Tracie loved to be with her family but also loved to cook and bake. Anyone that knew her loved her cooking and baking but for sure her homemade buchtas.

Tracie leaves behind her children: Alfred Richard (Ricky) Ging II (Barbara), Arleen (Clyde) Ford, Kathleen Repa, Natalie (Mark) Langley. Her grandchildren: Renee (Kody) Kuhl, Daphney (Chuck) Tankersley, Tina (Taylor) Rowe, Alfred Richard (Trey) Ging III, Stephen (Jessica) Brosch, Dakota Repa (Natasha), Cameron (Cassidy) Langley, and Hannah (Steve) Lang. Her great grandchildren: Graham Tankersley, Hartlyn Ging, Birdie Tankersley, Sara Kuhl, Kamden Rowe, Rawlin Rowe, Kenzie Kuhl, Marie Tankersley, Freya Rowe, Haizley Luersen, Maddux Rowe, Maverick Brosch, Kolson Brosch, Reverie Repa, and Scottie Brosch. Tracie is also survived by sisters: Evelyn Kaderka and Janet (Dwight) Blahuta, and brothers: Jerry (Gina) Polasek, and Gilbert (Patricia) Polasek, and her sister-in-law Dorthy Ging. Tracie also leaves behind loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Tracie was proceeded in death by her parents, Francis and Jerry Polasek, in-laws Ella and Alfred R Ging, and Lola Ging; her brother-in-law Glen Roy Ging, sister-in-law Shirley Townsend, her brother-in-law Bill Townsend, her brother-in-law James Kaderka, and granddaughter Alexandra Ging.
