Ada Huber, 78, of Temple died Tuesday, November 12, 2013 in a local nursing home. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Scanio-Harper Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Loudin officiating. Private family burial will follow at Bellwood Memorial Park. Mrs. Huber was born August 4, 1935 in Parke County, Indiana to Claude and Effie Carnagey Sowers. She was a member of Taylor's Valley Baptist Church since 2002. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Huber on June 14, 2001. Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Survivors are daughter, Kathy Cavanaugh and husband Paul of Taylor, Texas; two sons, Jim Huber of Temple and Ronald Huber and wife Carla of Texas; two grandchildren.
