Elaine Thomas Sayles, age 58, of Temple died Friday, July 24, 2009 at her residence. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM Tuesday, July 28 at Faith Temple Lighthouse with Pastor Mattie Lee Cox officiating. Private burial will be held at Moody Cemetery at a later date. Ms. Sayles was born on January 30, 1951 in Temple to Frank I. Thomas and Joyce Nichols Thomas. She graduated from Temple High School in 1969. She was a member of Faith Temple Lighthouse. Survivors include her mother, Joyce Ondrasek of Temple, her daughter, Delania Michelle Davis and husband, Charles of Temple, four grandchildren, C. J., Tyler, Megan and Alyssa and one brother, Bill Thomas of Cameron.
