Howard Christopher Cyphers, age 36 of Salado, died Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at a local hospital. Private family services will be held at a later date. Howard was born on May 9, 1975 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Howard Calvin and Cynthia Ann Wise Cyphers. He attended schools in Germany, California, Fort Hood and Killeen. He married the Vickie Marie Neher on August 27, 1994. Howard was a plumber by trade and worked for Aspen Air in Belton. Survivors include his wife Vickie Cyphers of Salado; two sons, Cyrus and Malachi Cyphers of Salado; two sisters, Christina Cyphers of Salado and Gabrielle Cyphers of Killeen; one brother, Clinton Cyphers of Killeen; and his parents, Howard and Cynthia Cyphers of Killeen.
