Graveside services for James W. (Jim) Beck, 86, of Temple will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday at Bellwood Memorial Park with Rev. Pat Dietrich officiating. Mr. Beck died Monday at his residence. Mr. Beck was born in Temple April 18, 1924. He married Lorene Stefka Sladovnik Sept. 9, 1972. He was a paint contractor having worked for Krumnow Painting and afterwards he was self employed. He was a member of First Lutheran Church. Survivors include two sons Larry Sladovnik of Westphalia and Lynn Sladovnik of Temple and six grandchildren. Scanio-Harper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
