James Ponder II, age 49, of Temple formerly of Salado passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at a local hospital. He was born on April 29 1966 in Irving, Texas the son of James Ponder and Frieda Chamberlain. James served his country in the United States Army. He is survived by his children; Fallon Ponder, Shannon Ponder, James Ponder III, and Candes Ponder all of Temple, and Andrew Ponder of Salado, grandchildren; Marianna, Cristian, and Cameron, and his father James (Jeri) Ponder of Richland Hills, TX, and a brother Joe Duncan Harrington of Irving, TX. Private family services will take place.
