Jerry Lane Dukatnik

Funeral services for Jerry Lane Dukatnik, 72, of Seaton will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Ray Crow officiating. Burial will be in Seaton Cemetery. Mr. Dukatnik died Thursday in a Temple Hospital. Mr. Dukatnik was born February 24, 1941 in Temple to Joe John Dukatnik and Geraldine Connell Dukatnik. He attended Temple Schools. He married Magdalene "Lyn" Ranly August 7, 1965. He was a mechanic, truck driver and was a truck owner-operator. He served in the National Guard and lived in the Temple and Seaton area all of his life. Mr. Dukatnik was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife Lyn Dukatnik of Seaton; one son Scott Dukatnik of Helotis; one daughter Shelley McKinley of Cummings, Georgia; one brother J.R. Dukatnik of Temple; one sister Donita Easley of Davilla; six grandchildren Cagney Merrill, Baylee McKinley, Landon McKinley, Anabelle Dukatnik, Kellen Dukatnik and Kaleb Dukatnik. Memorials may be made to Scott and White Hospice. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home.
