Mary Elizabeth Standridge, age 90, of Temple died Wednesday, March 26, 2008 in a local nursing home. A memorial will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 27, at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Baxley. Private burial will be at Bellwood Memorial Park. Miss Standridge was born June 25, 1917 in Pendleton to Dolphus and Robbie (Quine) Standridge. Survivors include a sister, Dorothy Butler of Eagle Pass.
