

Norma was a longtime resident of Central Texas, living in Belton for more than 40 years before making her home in Moody. She earned her GED and devoted much of her working life to serving others.
Norma worked for Walmart in Customer Service for 20 years before retiring in 2001. Known for her strong work ethic and friendly nature, she took pride in helping people and forming lasting connections with coworkers and customers alike.
Norma was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Belton, where her faith and love for family were cornerstones of her life. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished time spent with her family.
She is survived by her sons, Jack Mundt of Moody, Texas, and David Mundt of Decatur, Texas; her grandchildren, Shelby White and husband Ethan White of Troy, Texas, Blake Mundt of Robinson, Texas, Meagan Burks and husband Brandon Burks of Brazoria, Texas, and Brandon Drewry and wife DeeDee Drewry of Weatherford, Texas; and her great-grandchildren, Brayden, Maverick, Kori, Harper, Gavin, Ryder, Braelyn, Hunter, Raegan, Sadie, and Parker. She is also survived by her brothers, Eugene McCullough and Curtis McCullough; her sisters, Margie Gilley and Ida Moore; her brothers-in-law, Adolph, Joe, and Jesse Cruz; her sisters-in-law, Frances, Nico and Janie; and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Ada McCullough; her son, Larry Eugene Mundt; her sisters, Gracie Snodgrass and Dale Collins; and her brothers- and sisters-in-law, Ernest, Lupe, Tony, Mary, and Connie.
A celebration of Norma's life will take place on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the home of Shelby and Ethan White, 169 PR 831 Troy, Texas 76579.
Norma will be remembered for her quiet strength, generous heart, and unwavering love for her family. Her legacy lives on through the many lives she touched and the family she held so dear.
