Funeral services for Reggie Glen McDowell, 53, of Troy will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home with Rev. Harlan Haines officiating. Burial will be in Tosh Cemetery in Marion, Kentucky. Mr. McDowell died Wednesday at his residence. Mr. McDowell was born in Marion, Kentucky. He graduated from Belton High School in 1974. He moved to Troy thirty years ago and married Tamara G. Hicks July 28, 1990 in Lorena. He worked for Texas Hydraulics, Inc. for thirty four years as a production manager. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Troy where he was a Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, RA Teacher, treasurer and an usher. Survivors include his wife Tami McDowell of Troy; one son Michael McDowell of Arlington; his mother and step father Jo and Bill Robison of Marion, Kentucky; one sister Cyndi Walker of Marion, Kentucky and one brother Bill Robison Jr. of Marion, Kentucky. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Troy Operation Christmas Child or to Gideons International. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home.
