
Funeral services for Ronald Joe Sulak, 52, of Troy will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday at First Baptist Church in Troy with Dr. Mark Labaj officiating. Burial will be in Bellwood Memorial Park. Mr. Sulak finished the race of his earthly life on Friday June 19, 2009 in Scott and White Hospital in Temple. Mr. Sulak was born in Waco to Dennis J. Sulak and Rose Marie Petter Sulak. He grew up in West and attended St. Mary's School and graduated from West High School in 1975. He married Cindy Husak in 1978. He received a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Texas A & M University. He moved from College Station to Troy in 1983. He worked as PS Maintenance Manager for PACTIV in Temple. He attended Temple Bible Church. He was a softball and baseball coach in Troy from 1987 to 2007. He had coached all of his childrens teams. He was also a Marathon runner with his children and was a Polka dancer. He was a very unselfish family man who loved the outdoors and was a golfer who was taught by his son. Survivors include his wife Cindy Sulak of Troy two sons Jason Ronald Sulak of Richardson and Jacob Edwin Sulak of Troy; two daughters Kaylie Marie Sulak and her fiancee Matt Stroud of Temple and Kacie Ann Sulak and her fiancee Gentry Barker of Troy; his parents of West; two brothers Richard Albin Sulak and his wife Kay of West and Duane Michael Sulak and his wife Nancy of Robinson; two sisters Catherine Marie Sulak of Irving and Laura Elaine Crouch and her husband David of Itasca. Memorials may be made to Temple Bible Church; First Baptist Church of Troy or to HUS Encampment in Caldwell. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Sunday at Scanio Harper Funeral Home in Temple.
