Graveside services for Roy T. Blake, 85, of Copperas Cove, formerly of Temple will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday October 30, 2009 at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen with Rev. Roy Parker officiating. Mr. Blake died October 25, 2009 in a Copperas Cove Nursing Home. Mr. Blake was born December 2, 1923 in Bonham to George Clint Blake and Pearl McCellan Blake. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He moved to Temple in 1994 and recently moved to Copperas Cove. He was a Protestant. Scanio Harper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
