William D. "Billy" Sheppard, age 33 of Moody, died Monday, July 15, 2013 at his residence. No services are scheduled at this time. Mr. Sheppard was born on October 11, 1979 in Modesto, California to William Dale Sheppard, Sr. and Christina Lynn Liles Sheppard. He resided in Modesto and later moved to Temple and graduated from Temple High School. Billy owned and operated Bill's Tires in Temple the last 12 years. Survivors include his father, William D. Sheppard, Sr.; grandmother, Geneva Liles of Joplin, Missouri; two sisters, Carrie Dudik and husband Robert of Belton and Amy Sheppard of McGregor; and two nephews, Ethan Dudik and Kris Dudik.
