Diane T Leissing

Born in Camden, she lived in Beachwood for 23 years before moving to Hackettstown 5 years ago.

Diane was a Technical Editor for the Naval Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation Center at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. She had also worked as a Enforcement Technical for NOAA, National Marine Fisheries Service, Office of Law Enforcement in Wall. Prior to that she was employed by the USDA Rual Development in Mt. Laurel as a Secretary for the State Director.

She was an instructor with Beachwood Dazzlers and a coach for Beachwood Soccer and an avid fan for all of her children’s athletic events.

Surviving are her husband Andrew Leissing of Hackettstown. A son Andrew at home. 2 daughters: Amanda Leissing and her husband Garrett of Lacey Twp. and Kimberly Leissing of Wayne. 4 brothers: Richard Thesing and his wife Lynn of Tennessee , David and his wife Sharon of Beachwood, Douglas of Arizona and Dennis and his wife Kathy of Colts Neck. 3 sisters: Donna Messinger of Arizona, Debbie Wiener and her husband Howard of Margate and Denise Dress and her husband Robert of Toms River. Diane is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews. Her In-Laws, Ted and Estelle ( Nanny & Poppy) . Also by her beloved Cobi.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday at 9:30 am at St. Barnabas R.C. Church, Bayville. Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Toms River
