Lucille A. Vecci

Lucille A. Vecci – (Verci), 87, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on Sunday Jan. 8, 2017 at her home, while surrounded by her loving family. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Lucille lived in Raritan Boro, NJ for 45 years before moving to Toms River 12 years ago. She worked at Ethicon Inc., a subsidiary of Johnson and Johnson, in Bridgewater, NJ for 18 years before retiring in 1993. Lucille was a former communicant of St. Ann’s RCC in Raritan Boro and currently a communicant of St. Maximilian Kolbe RCC in Toms River. Lucille was a remarkable woman, terrific wife and wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her family.

Lucille was predeceased by her mother, father, two sisters and a brother. She is survived by her husband of 62 years Alfonso Vecci – (Verci); 3 daughters, Karen and Alan Magliaro of Blakeslee, PA, Christine and Richard Kennedy of Somerville, NJ and Lynn Baker and her late husband Kenny of Roseto, PA; a son Russell Vecci of Toms River, NJ; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday January 14, 2017 at 10:30 AM at St. Maximilian Kolbe RCC 130 St. Maximilian Lane, Toms River, NJ. Entombment will take place on Tuesday January 17, 2017 at 10:30 AM at the Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ.
