Patricia Ann Black, 76, passed away on Friday June 6, 2014 at her home. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she lived in New Providence and Hackettstown before moving to Toms River in 2003. Patricia was a long standing member of Beta Sigma Phi Sisterhood and loved both shopping and quilting. But nothing made her happier then spending time with her family and friends.
Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 53 years Richard; two daughters, Kathleen and Frank Cilento of Maywood, NJ and Sheila and Ronald Llewellyn of Farmington, CT; two grandchildren, Alisha and Justin Williams of Washington Twp., NJ and Brooke Gavurnik of Palmer, PA. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren Alexandra(Lexie), Travis, Sydney, Brett and Nathan.
Visiting hours will be on Monday June 9th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road Toms River, NJ 08755. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Maximilian Kolbe RCC on Tuesday June 10th at 11:30 AM. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association or the National Cancer Institute.
