Patricia A. Nelson

Patricia A. Nelson, 77, of Toms River, NJ passed away on June 22, 2021 at her home. Born and raised in Kearny, NJ, she lived briefly in Santa Monica, CA, Rutherford, NJ and Atlanta, GA before moving to Toms River 16 years ago. She was an Executive Administrator in several large companies including Johnson and Higgins and was an AVP at Marsch McClennan in Atlanta, GA. Patricia will be remembered for her quick wit, generous heart, fun loving spirit and enormous love for her many dogs. She was the ultimate dog mom. She derived great pleasure from her many nieces and nephews.

Patricia was predeceased by her parents John and Patricia Mills, a sister Carolyn Mills, and her former spouses Howard Barnett and Robert Nelson. She is survived by her brother John P Mills (Katherine), her sister Catherine Bova (Anthony) and nephews Geoffrey Mills (Jeanette), Richard Bova (Jennifer), niece Stephanie Bova, great nephew and nieces Sean, Julianna Mills, Brynn and Everly Bova.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday July 14, 2021 at 11 am at Queen of Peace RCC in North Arlington, NJ. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
