Tita Mia was a strong woman of faith. She was one of the Tita’s that I always look up to and I have so much respect to her. She was always there when you needed her and gives advices with love.  She always remind us to always look unto God.  You have brought so much love and happiness to everyone you meet Tita.   We will miss you! We know you’re rejoicing with our God in Heaven!  We love you 🫰🏼

You were truly one of the purest souls I know. Soft-spoken, humble, and deeply respected, your radiant smile brightened every room. Your impact in our lives is profound, and your legacy of faith, love, and devotion will forever inspire us.

I am grateful for the precious moments we shared and those memories are treasures I will always hold dear. Even in your pain, you never complained, showing remarkable strength. You once told me that if the Lord took you home, you prayed for a peaceful passage and no pain, and God granted that wish.

Though we prayed for your physical healing, you found true peace beyond this life. Though you are gone from our sight, you will always remain in our hearts. We love you so much, Mars, but Jesus loves you more🙏🏼

Though you are no longer here with us, your light and love will forever remain in my heart. You lived with such grace and faith, always pointing others toward God with your kindness, your laughter, and your unwavering belief. I will forever cherish the moments we shared.

As a  Praise Team leader in our church you would certainly make it to be in our Wednesday meetings  even  though you got stuck on the traffic  coming all the way from your work in Misssissauga.

We don't go home right away. We try to get some sleep in the conference room the 4 of us
Me, you, Bae Nemia and Bae Marife.  And Bae Nemia will cook lunch for us. We did that a couple of times.

But the time has come for you  to be with the Lord. You are now in a better place.
It's the physical separation that is painful. 
But, we will see each other again. 🙏❤️

Tita Mia was an extraordinary woman of faith and love, who truly embodied the spirit of service and kindness. Her unwavering devotion to God, her church, and her family was an inspiration to all who knew her. The fact that she made every effort to celebrate our wedding day with us, even in the midst of her illness, speaks volumes about her selflessness and love for us. It is with heavy heart that we mourn the loss of our dear colleague, Amelia. She was a kind generous, and God-fearing individual who touched the lives of so many with her unwavering compassion and willingness to help others. Amelia truly exemplified a life of faith and service, always showing love and care for everyone around her. To My Dearest Mia,

I still can't believe you're gone. It's so surreal, and I miss you deeply. The memories of the times we shared come rushing back, and though they bring tears, they also fill my heart with gratitude.

I will forever cherish our trips together. I can still hear your voice directing me during photos, telling me not to pose this way or that way, making sure the shot was perfect. You were so thoughtful, especially on our trip to Israel—you kept saying, “I’ll take your picture, Ading. It’s your first time, and it should be memorable.” That was just who you were—always thinking of others, always making sure moments mattered.

I think about our trip to Banff, our hiking trip to Letchworth Park. And, of course, how can I forget the time you accidentally brought my passport back to Canada leaving me in the US? You didn’t even complain when you had to drive back the next day to return it. That’s how selfless and patient you were, Manang Mia.

Our merienda dates with the Manangs, our days with the “Compassion Family,”  that beautiful day in 2018 when the group was born—how blessed I am to have shared these memories with you. I’ll also never forget you finding spots and driving us there just to share the beauty, like that lake in Niagara. Or our volunteer work at youth camp at Shalom by the Lake. Also singing silly songs like “Ang Dalawang Singko Ay Diyes.” Even when you were sick, you prayed for Mama and Papa. Your kindness and faith never wavered.

I remember visiting you in the hospital. Even then, you spoke with hope and excitement, sharing how you wanted to visit Switzerland to see the iconic piano scene from Crash Landing on You. That memory is so vivid—it reminds me of your strength, your joy. You were like a kid then. You were not just my Manang Mia—you were a sister and a friend, and I thank the Lord for every moment we shared. It comforts me to know that you’ve reached home, to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You’re free now—no more pain, no more

This is during our Taiwan days. Mia is a  friend of mine. She is very kind and humble.  
May you find peace and comfort in the arms of the Lord. Sending my deepest sympathies to Mia’s family.
