Chambers-Bridget Isabella passed aaway on Thursday June 16, 2016 at Cummer Lodge North York, Ontario. Will be sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral Mass Saturday June 25, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Paschal Baylon Roman Catholic Church. Cremation Forest Lawn Crematorium. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
