Carlosa "Lily" Songalia Vivero

She is lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews: Felipe Jacinto Garvez (Carmen Garvez), Crescente Garvez, Ferdinand Garvez, Nedgar Garvez (Elizabeth Garvez), Maria Clemencia Brown, Emmanuel Garvez (Maria Liza Garvez), and Maria Charito Garvez-Requierme (Reynald Requierme), as well as their children.

Lily is reunited with her parents, Isabel Songalia and Francasio Vivero, and her siblings, Clemencia Garvez, Patria Manton, and Felix Vivero.

Lily will be remembered as a devoted, loving, and generous aunt who cherished her family and friends deeply. She was beloved by all who knew her and will be fondly remembered for her joyful and buoyant spirit, her gift for storytelling, and her love of cooking and sewing.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Bayview Extendicare for their compassionate and attentive care.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026, from 1:00–2:00 p.m. at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street, North York. Light fare will be offered. Funeral service will follow immediately after the visitation, 2:00-3:00pm.
