Beloved wife of the late Austin Gardner, Frances is survived by her siblings, Irene Hill, Marion Tamblyn, Pearl Robertson, Lawton Strickland and her many, many nieces, nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews.
Frances is predeceased by sisters Edna Keenan, Ivy Samis and brothers Thomas and Louis Edmonds.
